Sanita Work Shoes can process your payment right here on the website if you have a PayPal account.  Don’t worry if you don’t, we also accept direct bank transfer or call (03) 9752 6586 with your credit card.  No additional fees apply.

Basics

Can I return my Sanitas?
In the unlikely event that you need to return your Sanitas…… because it just doesn’t happen…. call our office on (03) 9752 6586 and we will discuss the options available to you. If it’s a sizing issue, we’ll sort out what size you need, ensure it’s in stock, ask you to return the pair you have, then dispatch a replacement the next day. Your warranty covers you for 12 months from purchase date so we are happy to replace shoes, provided we have them in stock, within the 12 months if they do not meet the usually Sanita quality in manufacture. We can’t refund for change of mind, but we’re very happy to swap them for something else that takes your fancy! Refer to our T & C’s for more information.
How can I be sure about the sizes?
Check out our Sizing Guide. Note that USA sizing is the same as Australian. Of course, if your Sanitas arrive and they don’t fit, we are more than happy to exchange them for you.  Call (03) 9752 6586 and we’ll sort it for you.

  Postage and handling will cost only $7.50 whether you order one pair or ten pairs.  It will be added to your total before checkout. Don’t forget to give us a call on (03)9752 6586 if you’d like some help with selection, sizing or anything else!
Where are Sanita Work Shoes based?
We’re an official licensed Australian owned and operated distributor of Sanita Footwear.  We are conveniently based in Melbourne to ensure ease of communications should you need us. Sanita Footwear are designed in Denmark and still handcrafted in Europe. Call us on (03)9752 6586 if you’d like some help with selection, sizing or anything else! Sanita Footwear pride themselves on customer service… it’s what we’re here for.

Order Status

How can I track my order?
Call our office on (03) 9752 6586 and we will track your order straight away for you.  Deliveries usually take 3 to 7 working days depending on the location.
When will I receive my Sanitas?
Your new Sanitas leave our warehouse the very next day after payment has cleared.  We use couriers so the service is quick…..quite often overnight!  Country and remote areas may take a few days longer.  If ever you are in doubt, please call (03) 9752 6586 and we will track your delivery for you.
