Terms, Conditions Returns and Refunds

Shoes remain the property of Sanita Footwear until fully paid for – Credit card payments revoked, cancelled or not authorised will incur a minimum of 5% of the total amount or $35 service/dishonour fee. By accepting the goods, you are accepting Sanita Footwear’s terms and conditions of sale and return/refund policy.

Sale, Sample or Discounted Items

Items sold as “Sale”, “Sample” or “Discounted” are sold as is. As such, they do not qualify for refund or replacement.

Replacement Claim

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be:
  • considered faulty in workmanship
  • returned to Sanita Footwear (at the buyers cost) within 90 days of invoice date
  • accompanied by the dated receipt
  • accompanied by a brief outline of what the problem is
  • not a sale, sample of discounted item
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your claim after inspecting the item.If your replacement is approved, we will:
  • Replace the item with the same or similar (at same price)
  • Ship the item at no cost to the customer

Refund

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:
  • returned to Sanita Footwear(at the buyers cost) within 30 days of invoice date
  • in “as new”, unworn and saleable condition
  • in the original packaging
  • accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
  • not a sale, sample or discounted item
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your claim after inspecting the item.If your refund is approved, we will:
  • Initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment (PayPal). You should receive the credit within a few business days, depending on your bank.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are not refundable.
